Both sides should continue to expand cultural exchanges, strengthen cooperation in areas such as culture, education, and film, and inject more humanistic warmth into China Russia relations. In September of this year, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Tianjin Summit achieved a series of milestone and fruitful results. China is willing to closely coordinate and cooperate with Russia to promote all parties of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization to uphold the "Shanghai Spirit" and transform the development blueprint planned by the leaders into a reality map as soon as possible.
