Li Qiang pointed out that China is willing to deepen cooperation with Russia in investment, energy, agriculture and other fields, welcome more high-quality agricultural and food products from Russia to enter the Chinese market, and hope that Russia can provide more convenience for Chinese enterprises to invest and operate in Russia. Both sides should continue to expand cultural exchanges, strengthen cooperation in areas such as culture, education, and film, and inject more humanistic warmth into China Russia relations. In September of this year, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Tianjin Summit achieved a series of milestone and fruitful results. China is willing to closely coordinate and cooperate with Russia to promote all parties of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization to uphold the "Shanghai Spirit" and transform the development blueprint planned by the leaders into a reality map as soon as possible. We need to deepen practical cooperation, strengthen the development momentum of all member states, continuously improve the mechanism construction of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, enhance its influence in international affairs, unite the countries of the global South, and promote the realization of an equal and orderly world multipolarity and inclusive economic globalization.

Thank you to China for its outstanding work during the rotating presidency of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, especially the successful hosting of the Tianjin Summit.
