The 2025 Maritime Silk Road International Cultural Tourism Festival kicks off in Quanzhou, Fujian Province

On December 11th, the 2025 Maritime Silk Road International Cultural Tourism Festival, jointly hosted by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the People's Government of Fujian Province, kicked off in Quanzhou, Fujian. The theme of this year's Maritime Silk Road International Cultural and Tourism Festival is "Silk Road Symphony: Connecting the World", which deeply explores the connotations of Quanzhou's "Maritime Silk Road Culture" and "Minnan Culture".
The opening ceremony and intangible cultural heritage fashion show are based on Quanzhou intangible cultural heritage, integrating traditional performing arts and modern aesthetic expressions from multiple countries and regions along the Maritime Silk Road, presenting a cultural feast that connects China and the world, and brings beauty together for the audience.
